Gluten-free diet

Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease that is triggered by ingestion of gluten. Gluten is the protein found in grains of wheat, rye, barley and other grain-related. Patients with celiac disease, the lining of the small intestine is damaged by gluten. Injured intestine results in weight loss, bloating, diarrhea, flatulence, abdominal cramps and lack of nutrients. If the gluten-free diet the intestinal mucosa has the ability to heal immediately.

If you have celiac disease You should stay on a gluten-free diet for life. A nutritionist should be consulted. A gluten-free diet is not easy. The grains are used in the preparation of many foods. Gluten-Free Diet: GF Recipes: Southwest Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients
Serves 4

80-10 uncooked rice weak Lasagna
1 pound rawground chicken
1 egg or egg substitute
2 cups low fat ricotta or cottage cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, low fat cheese or Monterey Jack
2 cups cooked beans (kidney or Pinto), mashed
02:01 cup water
1 teaspoon teaspoon cumin
2.1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup hot sauce prepared, divided into two halves
1 can of chopped green pepper
2 cups stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Mix eggs and cheese, or in a bowl. Cook chicken in a pan until cooked. Add coarselymashed beans, water, cumin, garlic powder, 1 / 2 cup hot sauce and peppers. In another bowl, mix the tomatoes and the remaining 2.1 cup of hot sauce. In 9x13-inch pan, layer as follows: tomato sauce, pasta, beans mixture of chicken / cheese mixture. Then repeat. Gluten-Free Diet: GF Recipes: rice pudding

Ingredients

1 cup cooked brown rice
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1Cup of cooked rice
2 beaten eggs
2 cups milk
4.1 teaspoon salt
V. 2.1 tsp vanilla sugar GF

Directions:
